10 oz. pkg of frozen chopped spinach
1 c. Mayo
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach per the package instruction and drain well. Squeeze out extra moisture by hand.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well to blend.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. It is best if made several hour ahead.
