1 3 lb broiler-fryer, cut in parts
1/4 cup flour
8oz sliced mushrooms
1 (5.33 oz) can evaporated milk
1 ( 10 3/4 oz)can cream od mushroom soup
1 cup grated American cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Coaat chicken with flour. Arrange in a 9x 13 well-greased pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn chickenl,bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Remove from oven,reduce heat to 325 degrees. Pour off fat. Combine mushrooms, milk, soup, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika; cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes longer.
