2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup canola oil
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, conbine garlic, oregano, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken breasts. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 3 to 5 hours or over night. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill chicken for 15 to 18 minutes until no pink remains and the juices run clear, turning over the breasts half way through grilling. To give dish more Greek flavor, top chicken with sliced black olives and crumbled feta chesse just before serving.
