3 large Spanish onions,sliced
4 green peppers cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp dried oregano leaves crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper or coarse grind
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 lb sausage grilled or boiled

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and peppers in veg oil. Add oregano, salt and pepper and red wine vinegar. Cook until vegetables are tender. Spoon into bun, add sauage, enjoy.
