2 cups tart apples peeled and chopped finely
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbls flour
1/2 t. vanilla
1/8 t. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

1 9" uncooked pie shell

Topping:
1/3 c sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour together. Add cream, egg, flavoring and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour over chopped apples.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix the topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pie turn the oven down to 325 degrees and return to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes
