2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c oleo, at room temp
1/2 c shortening at room temp
2 eggs.

CINNAMON-SUGAR:
1/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl beat sugar, oleo, shortening and eggs until well blended and smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Refrigerate dough, if needed, until firm enough to shape. Shape tablespoonfuls into 1 1/4" balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and tops are crinkled. Remove to rack to cool.
