3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. Kahlua
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (14 oz.) round of Brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the pecans evenly in a microwave-safe 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on Medium for 4 to 6 minutes. Drizzle the Kahlua and sprinkle the brown sugar over the pecans; stir until well mixed. Remove and discard the rind of the Brie. Place the Brie in the center of the Kahlua mixture. Spread the Kahlua mixture up the side and over the top of the brie. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese softens. Serve with apples and crackers.
