1 lb linguine 2 tsp red pepper 1 bunch scallions 1/4 cup lite soy sauce 6 T honey 1/4 cup canola oil 1/4 cup sesame oil 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
Heat oils and pepper over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and honey. Cook linguine al dente. Drain and add oil mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, (overnight is best) stir once or twice so the sauce is spread throughout all the linguine. Add nuts scallions and mix together.
