4 chicken breasts- halved to make 8 pieces
Milk
Flavored breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
Lemon slices
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts until thin. Soak chicken breasts in milk for about 30 minutes. Bread breasts in equal parts of bread crumbs and cheese. Fry in olive oil, in pan, remove and (save drippings in pan) and place in baking dish. top with lemon slices. In frying pan, put white wine, lemon juice, chicken broth and cook for about 10 minutes or so to reduce wine. Pour over chicken breasts and heat about 20 minutes.
