1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
4 eggs
1tsp vanilla
1 1/8 cup sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 c margarine
pinch of salt


Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom of 10" glass pie plate, spread with coconut. With mixer, beat all other ingredients together on high speed. Carefully pour over coconut----be sure coconut is moistened. Bake 350 degrees for 35 - 40 mins. or until lightly browned and firm. Serve @ room tempture or chilled.
