1 medium head of butter lettuce or Romano lettuce
1/2 green pepper cut in slivers
1 small can slices black olives
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. canned garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
1/4 c. Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain lettuce. Tear into bite sized pieces.
Place in bowl. Add green pepper, cilantro, olives and garbanzo beans. Toss lightly to coat lightly.

I like to marinate the onion, olives and garbanzo beans in the dressing for at least one hour or until right before serving.
