1 cup roasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp salt
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups of canned garbanzo beans/chick peas
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/2-1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, blend sesame seeds to fine powder first. Add oil and blend, then add rest of ingredients and blend together. If the hummus it to thick add more oil, water, and lemon juice to your desire. Taste to see if hummus needs more salt:)
