1 lb can salmon 1 tsp horseradish
1 pkg(8 oz) cream cheese 1/4 tsp salt
softened 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke
1T lemon juice 1/2 C chopped pecans
2 tsp grated onion Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon removing all skin and bones. Combine with cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, onion and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Shape and roll in mixture of nuts and parsley for log like effect. May be prepared in advance and frozen. Serve with cocktail rye or crackers.

Big hit with the men!! We enjoy making it ahead and taking to the lake or picnic. Just freeze and it travels well in the cooler.
