Rice (Instant Rice)
1/2 Cube Butter
3 Eggs
1 Bunch Green Onion or 1/2 Chopped Onion
Ham (Deli Ham or Budding Ham), very thinly sliced
Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions on package. Melt butter in frying pan. Add onion & ham. Add rice to heat & brown. Push rice to one side. Crack eggs in bowl, stir with fork. Add to frying pan and cook so they are scrambled. Mix rice and eggs together.Sprinkle with soy sauce to taste.
