2 lbs lean Round Beef cut in small pieces
2 onions chopped
1 C Celery sliced
2 C Carrots cut
4 Potatoes quartered
3 Tbs minute tapioca
1 tsp Salt
1 can Tomato Soup
1 Can Beef Broth
1 can Water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and tapioca. Mix soups and water and pour over all. Bake at 250 for 5 hrs.

This is an Idaho Cowbells recipe. The vegetables need to left fairly large so they do not mush. I am sure it could be made in a crock pot. Stew meat and roast also work.
