Ingredients:  
1 -10-oz pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
6 eggs, slightly beaten.
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
1 qt. small curd cottage cheese (1 large 24-oz and 1 cup).
3 T flour.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/2 cup melted margarine.
Dash of pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour with melted margarine. Add to egg
mixture and salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
