1 box graham crackers
2 pkg instant French vanills pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz cool whip
Frosting
2 oz baking chocolate
2 T soft butter
2T white Karo syrup
3 T milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding with milk. Beat 2 minutes and fold in cool whip. Line 9x13 pan with graham cracker. Pour half the puddding over first layer. Line with another layer of crackers, then the rest of the pudding. Top with another layer of graham crackers.
Frosting
Melt baking chocolate. Add to soft butter, white syrup, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix and spread over top layer of crackers. Refrigerate.
