2 eggs
Milk to fill 2 cups
2 c. flour
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 c. cheddar cheese
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs into 2 cup measure and fill each to the top with milk. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and seasoning and cheeses. Mix well.

Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
