Beef Ribs
Olive Oil
Barbeque Sauce: I use one vinegar based sauce, like and George's and one sweeter sauce, like Kraft Barbeque sauce (enough to cover ribs in crock pot)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Set oven to broil on high. Sear the ribs under the broiler until browned on both sides (approx. 7 to 10 min on each side). Place ribs in the crock pot, cover with BBQ sauce and let simmer all day long.
