4 T. butter
3 eggs
1c. flour
1c. milk
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion (chopped)
1 t. baking powder
1 pkg. frozed chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 baking pan melt 4 T. butter. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon into pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
