2 whole breast
1 tbsp garic paste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (1 inch) fresh ginger cut into slices
1/3 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 400
Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Brush with paste. Tuck ginger around chicken. Drizzel with lemon. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil with soy sauce, bake uncovered for 15 min.
