1lb plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3/4 c chopped fresh argula
1/2 c olive oil
1 shallot, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp drained capers
4 - 6oz salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st six ingredients in med bowl and then season with salt and pepper. Preheat broiler; brush both sides of salmon with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer to plates. Spoon tomato mixture over and garnish with lemon wedges.
