1 small pkg. lemon jello (can use sugar free)
1 C. hot water
1 C. tomato sauce 8 oz.
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated onion or dried onion
dash of pepper
1/2 C. diced celery
1 C. cooked salad shrimp well drained

Directions:

8x8" dish
Mix lemon jello and hot water. Stir till dissolved. Let it set up till soup like consistency in refrigerator 30-40 min.
Add all other ingredients. Let set overnight or a few hours so it sets up.

Your can add everything at once instead of letting the jello set up. If you do, stir occasionally so the heavy ingredients don't just drop to the bottom.
