1 can green beans drained
1 can yellow string beans drained
1 can kidney beans drained
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 mild onion diced
salt to taste
dressing

1/4 C. tarragon vinegar
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all the dressing ingredients and stir well. Add everything else and stir. Marinate overnight at room temperature. Stir occasionally. Refrigerate.

This keeps easily for a week or more. If it's a bit flat, add a bit more vinegar or salt. But retain the sweet/sour flavor.
