4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
3 cups grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together eggs, sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients, fold in carrots. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
