1/4 cup butter
1 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
3 tbsp flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 small jar pimentos
2 cups cubed turkey, chicken or ham
1-2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1-2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in butter the onion, celery, and carrots until tender. Stir in flour. Add milk and bouillon cubes. Cook until thickened. Add seasonings, pimento, meat, mushrooms. Heat through.
