2 small packages lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 8 oz carton Cool whip or 3/4 cup whipped cream
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice. (Add water to juice to make 1/2 cup if necessary.) When jello starts to set, add pineapple and cheese. Fold in cool whip. Pour in 8 x 12 inch dish.
