2 c Aunt Jamyma's Buck Wheat Pancake flour
3 c flour
1 cake yeast
1 c raisins
pinch salt
1 c sugar
2 c sour cream or milk (not cultured sour cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Let raise about 2 hours. Put spoonfuls in hot lard. Bake like doughnuts.
