1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb ground beef
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl mix 1/4 c. of soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, & onions. Shape into patties.
2. In skillet over medium high heat cook patties a few at a time until brown on both sides. Spoon off fat.
3. Stir in remaining soup & mushrooms return patties to skillet. Reduce to low heat. Cover; simmer 20 min or until done. Turning patties occassionaly.
