2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3 cups grated apples
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 - 2 cups raisins
1 1/2 cups ground nuts
1 lb package fruitcake mix (citron)

Beat sugar, oil, and eggs. Add apples, then rest of dry ingredients and spices. Add raisins, nuts, and fruitcake mix. Line bottom of 3 bread pans with meat paper (parchment) and oil well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
