3 C frozen, loose pack, 1/2 C diced green
shredded hash browns. pepper
1/3 C melted butter 2 eggs
1 C diced ham or 1/2 C milk
cooked sausage. 1/2 tsp salt
1 C shredded cheddar 1/4 tsp pepper
cheese.

425 oven.
Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture. Press into the bottom and up sides of pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake for 25 minutes. Combine ham,cheese, and green pepper. Spoon over crust. In small bowl beat eggs milk and salt. Pour over ham mixture. Reduce heat to 350. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting. Optional; onion salt, garlic salt.
