2/3 C butter or margarine softened
1 1/4 C. sugar
1/2 light corn syrup
2 eggs
1 1/4 C. flour
1/2 C baking cocoa (powdered)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
2 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:

Bake 325 for 55-60 Min. in 10" springboard pan

Cream butter and sugar. Add corn syrup; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, cocoa and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in walnuts. Spread into a greased 10" springform pan. Bake till toothpick inserted 1-2" from the side of pan comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

These are kind of moist and gooey. If you want to frost them, just spread chocolate chips on top as soon as you take them from the oven.
