1 pkg wonton wrappers
4 eggs
1/2 t. sugar
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. half and half or evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated cheese of choice (Swiss, cheddar, or jack)
1/2 c. diced bacon or ham
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/4 c. finely diced mushroom (optional)

Mix eggs, sugar, nutmeg, salt, pepper, half and half blend together.
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Separate wonton wrappers and put one in each cup, pressing gently into the cup.
Put a pinch of cheese, onion, and meat in each cup.
Fill with egg mixture.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. The egg should puff up and wonton crust will be golden brown.

Lift out quickly by corner of wonton and serve warm.

These can be fun for kids to make. Put the fillings in different bowls and let them make their own mini quiches.
