2 or 3 med. cucumbers peeled and sliced
1/4 to 1/2 white sweet onion sliced
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, mayo, vinegar. Add to sliced cucumbers and separated onion rings.

Must let stand 6-12 hours in refrigerator. I stir it occasionally. I usually just make it the night before.

This doubles easily and is good for 2 or 3 days.

I make up the dressing then just add as many cucumber slices and onion until I like how much dressing is covering them. They need to be coated. If you think it is a little flat just add a bit of salt and pepper.
