1 small onion, cut in half and sliced thin into strips 1 package of hot dogs 1 T butter 1 can creamed corn milk to fill empty corn can 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese black pepper
Saute onion and cut up hot dogs in butter. Once onions are translucent add creamed corn and milk. Heat until almost boiling. Slowly add cheese and stir until melted and incorporated. Black pepper to taste. I also put in a touch of cayenne pepper.
