2+ c. rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 T. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. vanilla.
1 double pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, mixing well. Pour into a 9-10 inch prepared pie crust. Put top crust on and bake in a 350 oven for 10-60 minutes or until rhubarb is done. Cool before serving.
