Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
4 to 6 apples
1/2 c oleo
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pare and slice apples. Place in 9 X 9 pan. Mix other ingredients with fork. Place on top of sliced apples. Sprinkle melted oleo on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
