1 large head lettuce
1 lb ground beef
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 small onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg tortilla chips
1 (16 oz) bottle catalina salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown, drain, and crumble meat. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Cool meat. In large bowl:
Break up lettuce. Add meat, cheese, kidney beans, onion, and tomatoes. Add chips and dressing just before serving.
