1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can chicken vegetable soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/4 c chopped onion
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 c celery, chopped
Potato Chips, crushed
8 oz pkg noodles
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Crumble meat in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper. Place dry noodles on meat. Mix soups, water, carrots, celery, and onion. Pour over dry noodles. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Put crushed potato chips over it for the last 15 minutes.
