16 oz. Penne pasta (fusilli is better)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 small cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 bunches fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 small jar sundried tomatoes, not drained
up to 1/2 cup Berensteins Italian Dressing
6-8 oz. herbed feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions using the 1 tsp. salt in cooking water, drain and add olive oil and toss. If serving cold, let cool for awhile.
Add garlic, parmesan cheese, cilantro and toss.
Add artichoke hearts and olives.
Add undrained sun-dried tomatoes. If salad is dry, add up to 1/2 cup Berensteins Italian Dressing.
If serving cold, chill the mixture.
Just before serving stir in the herbed, crumbled feta cheese.
