3 lbs. ground beef, 3 large onions, 3 T. Mrs. Dash, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 T. parsley.

Directions:
Make hamburger patties 3 times the size of regular patties. Brown on both sides, medium. Drain excess fat, save 2 T. of oil. Add onion to oil, cook slowly for 10 minutes. Add Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper to onions and oil and mix. Then add patties. Add water to just cover the patties. Cook 15-20 minutes on low heat. Sprinkle with parsley. Note: 2 T. corn starch to a cup of water will thicken the gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes.
