2 lbs. fresh firm white fish like haddock, cod or halibut fillets cut into 1 to 1 1/2" cubes
1 lbs fresh shelled shrimp
2, 7 1/2 oz. cans of minced clams
1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1, 28 oz can of tomato juice
1, 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
2, 15 oz cans of diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning
1 t. salt
1/3 c. snipped parsley
1 t. oregano
1 t. basil
1 c. dry red wine

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven cook green pepper, onion and garlic in the oil until tender but not brown.
Add tomato juice, sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, parsley, oregano and basil. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add wine, continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add fish, clams including juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink.
