2 lb wheel of brie 1 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c butter, softened 2 c pecans 1 apple sliced thinly
Mix brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Mix in nuts. Place apple slices on brie wheel and cover with brown sugar mixture. Bake in 400º oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with or without bread or chips.
