8 lean Pork Chops 1/4 tsp Rosemary
1tsp Salt 1 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
White Pepper 2 C Boiling water
1 C Long Grain Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350
Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on both sides. Put chops in a 9x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle rice around chops. Combine remaining; pour over rice and chops. Cover and cook 45 minutes. Check to make sure bubbling and Pork Chops no longer pink in center. Can be done in electric skillet, browning at 350, cooking at 225. Cast Iron Skillet or Dutch Oven also work well.
