4 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 t. baking powder
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
4 egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 egg yolks add 1 cup sugar, add remaining egg yolks and sugar. Beat for 2 minutes. Add balance of ingredients mixing well. Pour dough out into a9x9 baking dish. Bake at 325 golden brown and done. Cut into strips and roll in powdered sugar.
