Cake:

2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 egg
3/4 t. lemon zest
1 c. sugar
4T butter
3/4 c. milk

Frosting:
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 T water
3 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake in a 350 oven for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Frosting:
Place 2 egg whites, 1 cup sugar. 1 tablespoon and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in a double boiler. Place over boiling water beating constantly. Cook 7 minutes. Fold in 16 marshmellows.Beat until smooth. Frost your cooled cake when frosting is barely warm
