4 oz. cream cheese
1 T. sugar
1 T. milk
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
2 prepared graham cracker crusts
1 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. Libby pumpkin pie mix
2 eggs , beaten
2- 4 oz servings vanilla instant pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soft cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk in a bowl and beat until smooth, Stir in whipped cream and spread over the bottom of each crust. Put pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and beaten egg in a bowl and whip until smooth. Spread over cream cheese. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
