4 cups warm water
4 Tbsp. dry yeat
4 Tbsp. sugar
Dissolve in a large container.

Add: 4 Tbsp. oil
4 tsp. Salt
9 to 12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Knead for 10 minutes. Divide dough in 4 portions & let raise for 15 minutes on the cupboard, covered. Mold into loaves & put in geased pans. Let raise 1/2 hour. Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees.

Todd has been experimenting with this recipe. He has put in one cup of wheat flour in place of one cup of white flour to see if it makes a difference. It works out great.
