2 kinds of grapes
celery
okra
radishes
cauliflower
brocolli
cashews
sunflower seeds
3 kinds of cheese
purple onion
3 kinds of peppers
tomatoes
carrots
peas
water chesnuts
salt & pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Dice and mix together. (The amounts depend on the size of salad you want to make, just use your own judgement. You also don't have to use everything on the list, or if you want to try something that's not on the list go ahead.)

Eat with a spoon and serve with warm wheat bread.
