3 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated in oil)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
15 dashes Tobasco
2 teaspoons thyme
3/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixed , but not
pureed. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30
minutes. Serve with pita chips.
